- for this competition, you can only make a layout, blend, mini blend, etc of Miley Cyrus
- you must use at least 2 pictures
- you can use any pictures you want
- only one entry per person / site
- use as many brushes as you like
- add your site name to the layout, so I know you didn't steal it
- voting will start when the competition closes, which will be after about 6 submissions, or so
- I'll let you know when voting starts
- when you're done your layout, write your name, your site name and the URL of it in the shout box
- the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will recieve a special prize from me, and everyone gets a particapation award
